City’s Mobile Office heads to Langa and Belhar

21 June 2024

Next week the City of Cape Town’s Mobile Office will be taking municipal services to Langa Community Hall on Monday, 24 June 2024 and to Belhar’s Huguenot Square Library on Friday, 28 June 2024. Residents will have access to a wide range of non-emergency enquiries such as rates, sewerage, electricity, water, refuse collections, and all other account enquiries. Residents are encouraged to take advantage of this opportunity.

The details of the visit are as follows:

Monday, 24 June 2024, from 09:00 to 14:00 at the Langa Community Hall, Corner Church Street and King Langalibalele Drive, Langa
Friday, 28 June 2024, from 09:30 to 13:30 at the Huguenot Square Library, Cnr Belhar Drive and Huguenot Road, Belhar

The City’s Customer Relations Department’s mobile team will assist residents with logging queries and service requests electronically. Customers can engage with the City in a wide range of enquiries ranging from rates, sewerage, electricity, water, refuse collections, and all other account enquiries.

‘We are expecting a large turnout as residents are aware of how effective these mobile office visits are in resolving long outstanding queries. Please remember to bring along your ID or municipal accounts to help ease the process,’ said the City’s Mayoral Committee Member for Corporate Services, Alderman Theresa Uys.
